Short engagements to decide what genuinely needs calibrating and how often — usually less than you were told.
Approach
Most sites do not need a larger programme; they need a smaller one that is actually followed. We start by reading what you already have, remove the checks that never mattered, and put the remainder on a calendar someone can keep.
Engagements are quoted as a fixed scope. If a visit turns out to be unnecessary, we say so and it is not billed.
